About Louisa

I love the opportunity to help you find the best ways through your challenges. It’s not easy to do the jobs we do, but with the right support – anything is possible. I deal with the ‘soft stuff’ of culture and growth, but I am aligned with your expectations to see concrete outcomes. I come from the world of international finance, but grew up a film maker's daughter – so I think out of the box with flair, creativity and perception. With me, you’ll laugh, be challenged and get the results you want.

“Louisa’s support to me and my leadership team was excellent, and extended beyond a coaching relationship to a true partnership. She combines an engaging and user-friendly style with strong subject matter expertise, practical experience and a willingness to challenge. Through her efforts, we achieved a great deal in alignment, engagement and collective responsibility. In sum, we became better leaders individually and collectively.”
